You can withdraw your crypto balance (USDT, BTC, ETH) to any external wallet at any time.
Go to Payouts and click Add Destination. Enter a label, select the wallet type, and enter the external wallet address (for crypto) or phone number (for local wallets).
Click Withdraw on any crypto wallet card. Select the destination, enter the amount, and confirm.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed manually by the InzoPay team. You will receive a notification when the withdrawal is completed. Crypto withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
Network fees apply for crypto withdrawals. The fee depends on the blockchain network (TRC-20 is lowest, BTC is highest).
