Fees and the fee balance: how they work

InzoPay charges a percentage of each completed payment. There are no monthly subscription fees.

How the fee is calculated

  • The percentage depends on your plan and on the payment type (crypto, local wallets, or other methods such as PayPal). The current rates are on the Pricing page.
  • Each plan includes a free monthly volume, shown on the Pricing page.
  • The fee is calculated in US dollars at the moment the payment is confirmed.

Your crypto balance is not reduced immediately

When a crypto payment arrives, the full amount is added to your wallet balance. The fee is recorded as due this month and appears on the Billing page.

The fee balance

The fee balance is a separate balance in dollars used to pay your monthly invoice.

  1. Open Billing and press Add balance.
  2. Choose one of your crypto wallets and an amount in whole dollars.
  3. The amount is converted at the current price and moved from the wallet to your fee balance.

You decide when to add balance. InzoPay never takes funds from your wallets on its own.

The monthly invoice

At the end of the month your fees are collected from the fee balance. If the balance is not enough and the invoice stays unpaid after the grace period, payments through PayPal and local wallets are paused until you pay. Crypto payments keep working.

Withdrawals

Part of your crypto balance can be reserved for fees that are due and not yet covered by your fee balance. If a withdrawal would go below that reserve, you will see a message with the amount that can be withdrawn. The first withdrawal each month is free; later ones carry a small fee with a maximum cap (shown on the Payouts page).
