Paid a different amount? How to confirm your payment

Every payment request on InzoPay has an exact amount to send, for example 30.01 USDT. The few cents of difference from the invoice price are how the system recognises your payment when several customers pay the same invoice at the same time.

If you sent the exact amount

Nothing else to do. The payment is confirmed automatically as soon as the network confirms your transfer.

If you sent a different amount

This can happen, for example, when an exchange deducts its withdrawal fee from the amount. Confirm the payment yourself:

  1. Stay on (or reopen) the payment page you used to start the payment.
  2. Press Paid a different amount? under the payment details.
  3. Paste the transaction ID (TXID) of your transfer and press Check payment.

What happens next

  • You sent the same or more — the payment is completed. Any extra amount goes to the merchant.
  • You sent slightly less — the payment is completed if the shortfall is within the difference the merchant accepts.
  • You sent clearly less — the payment is not completed. The page shows the amount received and the amount still missing. Contact the merchant and give them your transaction ID.

Where do I find the transaction ID?

In your wallet or in the withdrawal history of the exchange you sent from. It is a long string of 64 letters and digits.

Good to know

  • Only a transfer sent after you started the payment can be linked to it.
  • Use the same browser where you started the payment.
  • If the page says the transfer was not found, wait a minute and try again — the network may still be confirming it.

For merchants

Choose the difference you accept (from 0% to 5%) in Wallets → Accepted amount difference.
